Gaia Business School incorporates to its excellent and recognized study methodology, the CESIM business simulator, allowing our students to put themselves at the level of a top business manager without any risk of losing money for it. It is learning through experience.

CESIM integrates a range of concepts from various management disciplines, including marketing decision making,

production, logistics and finance. It also links the organization to the broader context of the business world and shareholders.

Decisions include promotion, pricing, and quality control across product and customer segments, cost advantages due to product location, investment evaluation, capital cost vs. labor cost evaluation, financial decisions, demand estimates, and budgeting.

WHAT IS THE

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM?

As a result of playing Cesim SimFirm, participants will have a better understanding of the operation of a company from a general business management perspective and will develop an approach to market and profit-driven decision making. They will improve their ability to interpret and forecast market situations and financial results and convert them into goal-oriented decisions.

Participants will also learn to recognize the interactions that arise between various companies and external actors in a complex and interrelated environment.
